5-Star Review: My husband and I recently had the pleasure of visiting Caffè Paoletti di Follina, and it was an all-around delightful experience from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere is cozy yet lively—warm wooden accents, soft ambient lighting, and charming décor that instantly makes you feel at home. The staff were genuinely friendly and greeted us with a welcoming smile, adding a personal touch to the service. Their baked goods are a must-try. The display case was filled with mouthwatering cakes and pastries, each looking more tempting than the last. We decided on the apple cake/streudel and a red berry cookie, and both were bursting with flavor. My husband ordered a second piece of the apple cake. It was so good. However, the highlight of my visit was the hot chocolate. To my surprise, it arrived more like a cup of molten chocolate than the typical North American-style hot cocoa. It was thick, velvety, and indulgently rich—truly a treat for any chocolate lover. It’s rare to come across something so authentic and comforting, and it perfectly complements the pastries. If you’re exploring the region or just passing through Cortina, Caffè Paoletti is absolutely worth a stop. Between the friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, and unforgettable hot chocolate, it’s an experience that stands out. I give this café a well-deserved five stars and can’t wait to return!

Very nice café! The personal was very kind and nice even though they were quite busy with the orders. The capuccino and brioches I had were tasty. One minus is that there are not much space where to sit down

Great little café, lovely staff and perfect pit stop during your stay in the town. Plus the coffee is more affordable (but still great!) compared to more touristy locations (€2 for a cappuccino!). Definitely visit!

great meal prepared with care cozy spot I don't like to nickle and dimed or cheated... $8 for butter for our bread! $9.00 for a small piece of tirimidsu come on man seriously ? otherwise a great meal

best place for a coffee and a bite to eat in cortina! kind staff, great tasting coffee and especially loved the pan dei mei!!
